Chapter 1

Justin didnt know what to say. Jayne was pregnant with his child. He was happy but worried about what this was going to do to his career. He knew that Jayne was the one he wanted to have a family with but not now. He was only 20 years old. What would everyone think? He knew his mother would be happy for him and Jayne but what about Jaynes dad? He had just gotten over a heart attack. And what about the guys? Of course they would say they were happy but this was not good for the group. The most important question was what would the fans think?

They really didnt even know anything about Jayne. They knew he was seeing someone but they didnt really know Jayne. They had seen her a few times when she went with him to an awards show or something. He didnt want them to hate Jayne. How could they hate Jayne? Jayne is the sweetest girl ever and she was the one that changed his life. He loved waking up next to her every morning and hearing her say I love you.

"Justin I know this is some crazy news but could you please just say something?" Jayne asked. She was sitting down on the couch and was looking at Justin who was sitting on a chair. His face had turned pale when she told him the news. She felt so horrible.

She didnt want to ruin his career but he had to know. He was the father. When the doctor told her the news she knew it was going to be hard to tell Justin.

~*Flashback*~

She had just finished the last of her physical and couldnt wait to go shopping. She couldnt wait to start college again and was planning on getting some new school clothes.

Her doctor walked in with a wide smile on her face.

"Jayne I have some really good news to tell you." She said holding a clipboard in her left hand.

"So my physical went well?" Jayne asked.

"Yes it did. You are pretty healthy, but there is something else I have to tell you."

"Okay as long as you tell me Im not pregnant." Jayne said and laughed. But she stopped when she saw the look on her doctors face.

"Wait. Im not pregnant right? Please tell me I am not pregnant." Jayne begged.

"Im sorry Jayne but you are pregnant. I thought you would be happy." She said and put an arm on Jaynes shoulder.

Jayne just sat there thinking. Pregnant? How could she be? Sure she and Justin had, had sex before but it just couldnt be true.

"Jayne I know right now it may sound like the worst news ever but trust me when you are holding that baby in your arms for the first time, it will be the best feeling in the world."

Jayne thought about what the doctor said. She was right. Right now it was the worst news but when the baby was born she would try and be the best mother she could be.

"Thanks." Jayne said and managed a weak smile.

She left the hospital and walked to her car. She picked up her cell phone and called Kaitlin.

"Hello?" Kailtin said.

"Kaitlin are you standing up right now?"

"No I am laying down in bed."

"Okay good."

"Why?"

"Because I have something to tell you."

"Justin asked you to marry him!" Kaitlin screamed.

Jayne laughed at her friend.

"No."

"Then what?"

"Im pregnant." Jayne said to Kaitlin. She wasnt scared to tell Kaitlin because Kaitlin would understand.

"WHAT!" Kaitlin screamed at her friend.

"I just found out like 5 minutes ago."

"Wow Jayne thats so cool! You will make a great mom."

"Ill try my best!"

"So Justin doesnt know yet?"

"No. And Im scared to tell him Kaitlin."

"Dont worry Jayne. Justin loves you and you love him. He will be happy." Kaitlin said calming down her friend.

"But what about his career?"

"Dont worry about it Jayne. Just worry about how you are going to tell him. And the sooner the better."

"Okay Ill tell him later today. But Kaitlin please dont tell anyone yet, at least not till I tell Justin."

"Your secrets safe with me! Im going to be an aunt!!" Kaitlin screamed.

"You know what I just thought?"

"What?"

"That this baby is going to be one spoiled one! I mean look at who he will have for uncles and then you for an aunt!"

"I know! He will be telling all his friends JC, Joey, Chris, and Lance from NSYNC are my uncles and Justin is my daddy!"

Jayne laughed.

"Well Jayne as much as I would love to sit here all day and talk to you about this new baby I gotta get ready for work."

"Okay and thanks!"

"Bye." Kaitlin said.

"Bye." Jayne said and hung up. Talking to Kaitlin always cheered her up.

~*End Of Flashback*~

"Yeah this is some crazy news." Justin said with his face in his hands.

"I know you are worried about your career." Jayne said.

"I am Jayne but you mean so much to me, and I helped make this baby too."

"It does kind of take two people." Jayne said and smiled.

Justin smiled back.

"Im scared right now thats all." Justin said.

"Im just as scared as you but I am still going to try and be the best mom I can be." Jayne said.

"Im scared for you right now Jayne." Justin said truthfully.

"Why?" Jayne asked.

"Because I dont know how the media or my fans is going to take this. I dont want anything to happen to you. Sure NSYNC has the best fans, but some of them think that I will marry them and I dont want to see you or my baby getting hurt." Justin said coming closer to Jayne.

"So you will be there for this baby?"

"Of course! I am not just going to give my baby up. That baby is half me."

Jayne reached over and hugged Justin.

"Kaitlin was right."

"Kaitlin knows?"

"I called her as soon as I found out. I was worried that you would not want this baby and"

"I love you Jayne, and we will both make the best out of this." Justin said. It was true. He did love Jayne but he was still scared about what the media would do. He knew they would try their best to break them up.

Justin kissed her. When they pulled apart Jayne looked up at Justin and said, "So what about this world tour?"

"Oh its nothing Britney called asking if me and the guys would like to go on her world tour along with Christina."

"That sounds fun!"

"Yeah but I dont think I should go now."

"Justin it sounds like a great idea. I think you should go. Plus you guys could play some of the new songs."

"Would you go with me?"

"Well schools out of the picture right now for me. I could still go but I really think I should take some time off. And it would be fun."

"So?"

"Sure why not!"

"This is great Jayne!" Justin said picking her up.

"Little excited their Justin!" Jayne said laughing at him.

Justin and Jayne planned on telling the guys as soon as possible, so they invited them all over to their house. Justin and Jayne had already talked to Lynn and Mr. Brooks. Lynn was so excited that she was going to become a grandmother and told Jayne that they would have to go shopping for new baby things together. Mr. Brooks was also happy for Jayne and Justin. Jayne thought he would freak out but he said that he was happy and that he would be up to visit soon.

"You know what Justin?" Jayne asked him.

"What?" Justin asked turning his head away from the tv.

"I was thinking about my dad moving down here. I really dont like him down there in Texas all by himself. Hes not working right now and I could take care of him. I know Kaitlin doesnt mind looking out for him but when we have this baby I want my dad close by. So maybe after this tour him and me can go looking for a house for him."

"I think thats a great idea!" Justin said to her.

"I knew it was!" Jayne said.

Then the doorbell rang.

"Im nervous." Jayne said to Justin. She didnt know the guys would react.

"Dont worry." Justin said and planted a kiss on her forehead. Then went to answer the door.

Seconds later he came back with Lance.

"Hey Jayne. Is something wrong?" Lance asked.

"No why would you say that?" Jayne asked.

"Why else would you and Justin invite all of us over here just to talk?" Lance asked.

"To talk." Jayne said.

"You got me worried. Justin told us you were going to your physical today and I dont want anything to be wrong with you."

"Nothings wrong with me Lance." Jayne said.

"Stop worrying Lance!" Justin said.

Then JC and Joey walked in the living room.

"Door was open." Joey said pointing to the door.

"Is something wrong?" JC asked Justin and Jayne.

"I swear you guys worry to much." Justin said sitting down next to Jayne.

"I think I know whats going on here!" Joey said grabbing Jaynes left hand.

"Sorry Joe we are not getting married." Jayne said pulling her hand away.

"Then what is it?" Joey asked.

"Youll find out!" Justin said.

"Find what out?" Chris said joining them.

"Will you tell us now?" Lance asked.

"A little impatient?" Jayne asked Lance.

"Are you guys getting married?" Chris asked.

"No theres no ring." Joey said.

"Wait then they are having a baby!" Chris said.

Justin and Jayne just looked at each other.

"You are having a baby!" Joey said.

"NO WAY!" Lance said.

"Our little Justin is going to be a daddy!" Chris said patting Justin on the back.

"Way to go J!" Joey said.

"Is it true?" JC asked them.

"Yes its true." Justin said.

"Im gonna be an uncle!" JC yelled.

Everyone looked at JC. They would have all thought he would say that this was going to hurt their careers.

"Your really happy for us?" Jayne asked JC.

"Of course. Out of all of us Justin would make the most perfect dad." JC said.

"No your too young to be having a baby or do you know how much this is going to hurt the group?" Justin asked.

"Im happy for you Justin." JC said.

"What has Kaitlin been doing to you?" Chris asked.

They all laughed.

"Im so happy for you guys too. This is the best news ever." Lance said.

"We are all happy for you guys." Joey said.

"Have you guys told Johnny or the label?" Lance asked.

"Just Kaitlin, my mom, Jaynes dad, and you guys know." Justin said.

"Well good luck when you tell em." Joey said.

"So whats gonna happen with the tour?" Chris asked.

"We are all going!" Jayne said.

"Really?" JC asked.

"Yeah. I think it would be great!"

"What about school?" Lance asked.

"Shes gonna take some time off." Justin answered for Jayne.

"But you guys got to promise not to tell anyone about this yet. We want to surprise Britney and Christina about the baby thing." Jayne said.

"Like who would we tell anyway?" Chris said sarcastically.

"How about we go out to celebrate!" Joey said.

"As long as you are paying!" Chris said.

They all went out to celebrate. Jayne was so happy that so far everyone was happy for them. She couldnt be any happier at the moment. She loved Justin and she knew she would love this baby too. Everything seemed so perfect. But it just seemed a little too perfect. There was still Johnny and the label to tell. Plus the fans.
